This is one of several issues I am having with our store:
Customers are complaining that they can not place orders.
1 customer says it won’t take her address, another customer says he gets this:
" I modified the shipping address last week (automated form fill-out indeed put the zip code in the box number field for billing address). The shipping address was correct. I corrected the billing address by deleting the zip code in POBox field and tried the order again.
The result was the same, i.e. it couldn’t ship to my shipping address.
FYI: The “can’t ship” notice does say to remove the unshippable item, but it doesn’t specify which one.
I checked and this is managed by Shopify. So you just need to contact Shopify, they will check and guide you in detail. Refer https://help.shopify.com/en/questions#/contact
Because it would be difficult for someone to check it and this cannot be edited by anyone else.
