Need a variant picker like the reference website used
These are image swatches. Very trendy nowadays, almost every site have either color or image swatches for their variants.
I do t think if any theme has come up with a very proper solution that is easily set up, at least not for image but some themes have come up for color swatches.
Most probably you will require custom coding to add these swatches. If you understand code a bit you will find lot of tutorials on yt to add image swatches, all you will need to do is copy paste code as they say
