Need to add padding to my site - Testament theme (Debut)

Me again with the site that Won’t Quit giving me brainache.

I need to add some padding to left and right of the site, particularly on the collection sections and pages, and the content on the home page (for example, the ‘it’s lovely to have you here’ section on the home page). We want to reduce the width of the collection pages and ideally display just two or three products per row.

I cannot for the life of me figure this out. Can any of you very clever people help?

Absolutely - screenshot here. I really need to add padding to the left and right to bring the page width in a little - whilst still keeping banner images full width.

Thank you for this - it definitely has introduced padding, but means the banner images are no longer full width. I need the banner images to remain full width, but put padding around the text and collection sections to create greater margin between them and the edge of the page. Do you think that’s possible?

yes please check your theme customization option may be allow this option

I’ve had a look within the theme but can’t find it anywhere! Any idea where I should be looking, in case I’m missing something really obvious?
