So, I had to have my friend create a new account so that I could get on this page. IMHO, I think you guys are growing too fast, and removing the phone support was a major mistake. I’ve been trying to cancel my account for months now. I have no store and haven’t even created a draft store. Yet, your billing team keeps pushing $29 to my credit card every month, which, by the way, the credit card companies are still referring everyone to your phone support number since it’s on everyone’s monthly statement.
Anyhow, please help get this resolved now…
