Need to Categorize a Large Number of Products

Greetings,

I need to categorize or put into collections a large number of products (over hundred thousand). They are from multiple categories, like food, clothing, home goods, etc. I have the brand, product name and some have a UPC. Is there a tool or app that can do this for me?

I believe there is another seller of the same product feed that has the products categorized fairly well.

I was hoping there is a way not to have to do it manually. I have over hundred thousand products.
