Need to change CHECKOUT button in right slider to go to an external url

Im having some issues on my website so i need my users to start their buying process from within my site and finish it by clicking on my CHECKOUT button and redirect them to my etsy store where they can make the purchase. How can i change that redirect? I know this sounds counter intuitive by user experience standards but there is not much we can do as of now as the website is in incomplete condition so this is a solution for now. Plus this was also recommended by our google ads assistant so it is what we need for now

Thank you. Yes exactly is what I need but what I don’t know is WHERE to change that url link and text? Should I do that in code on the theme? If yes what do I need to look for?. I’m no developer but I understand instructions if I’m guided step by step.
