Need to change "sort by" and "XXX products" from H2 to span on collection page

Hello guys,

I have those filters as H2 on my page and I want to change them to span for the SEO.

but I dont know how to do it, could someone help me ? I’m on dawn theme !

I would also like to remove the h3 from the product title in the collection page.
