Need to change the function of a button on my notification emails

I am trying to add a button to my Delivery Notification and my Shipping Notification Emails to send people to a specific page on my site (email sign up page) to allow them to sign up for email marketing. I am at a loss as to how to do this can anyone help?

you need to add a button with link of login page in email template

  1. Go to your Shopify admin.
  2. Click on “Settings” and then “Notifications.”
  3. Select the notification you want to edit (e.g., “Shipping confirmation” or “Order delivered”).
  4. Edit the HTML of the email template.
