Need to contact actual support. stuck in loop here trying to email

Having a quirk I’d like to email someone at Shopify about but every time I hit the final “contact” bar it loops me back to the help page. Cleared the cache as someone suggested to no avail

How do I contact you through email, or get an actual human to discuss the issue? I attempted an email reply to an older support email I had from “Krista” at Shopify support but I have no idea if that will get through.

Any insight would be appreciated

Hi @battlecorals ,

Thanks for getting in touch. You should be able to access our different support options by heading to the Help Center, logging in, and entering your question into the search bar. Once you have done this, you should be presented with a button inviting you to contact support, after which you will see the different support options available to you.

If you’re following this process and are still not seeing these options, please let me know. If you can provide a screenshot or video that displays the error that would also be very helpful.
