We had an old Shopify store in 2015. The business closed so we closed our Shopify account. We have since reopened the business under a new name but now when you google our company founder and name the old site comes up and its confusing.
unfortunately the email we used for thee former site is no longer active so there is no way to access the old account.

Does your old website return 404 code, if no . that means that they might appear as not being available for users, but for Google there’s no error code given by the server. In fact, the server responds that those pages are valid. so pls check your http code .

Can you access your previous website or log in to it?
If no, can you access your domain setup or configuration by domain provider platform? If so, please redirect to another server and return a 404 error for that domain URL.
If no, you may need to seek support from Shopify to address the issue.
