Need to disable Checkout button on cart drawer page

So guys I am working for a client and she is using Prestige theme. On her Cart Drawer page as of now the CHECKOUT button does not show when price is 0.00. But she wants to see the CHECKOUT button when price is 0.00 but should remain disabled & visible with grey background and non-clickable until someone adds a product and the CHECKOUT button should become active. In order to achieve this what needs to be done? She is using the Shopify normal plan. Let me know what to do.

Hi @LitExtension here is the link. Please look in mobile view first then click on the Cart Drawer on top-right. You can see the active Checkout button. I just want that to be inactive when cart is empty only. And when I fill something in the cart, it should be active again.

Which file do you need? I have 3, namely:

  1. cart-drawer.liquid

  2. cart.liquid

  3. cart-items.liquid

Please note that I only need this to be seen on mobile view and in the cart drawer, nothing for desktop.
