Need to remove 3rd Party Domain from my expired store

Hi,

We need to remove our 3rd party domain from betamart.co.za but I can not access the Admin panel due to the trial that ended.

Please help.

Hi @DanieldeJager ,

As we cannot access your account through the community forums, you will need to reach out to our Support directly through our help center. You will have the option to either login or continue without a store - you will obviously be unable to login, so continue without a store.

Once you’re through to Support you can explain what the issue is and they’ll be better able to help you!

Log into the third party site you bought the domain from and point to away from Shopify to where ever you want it going to now. You don’t need to access Shopify at all for this. Be patent though as it may take a few days to point at the new site.

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the response, We actually got in contact with the 24/7 support from Shopify and very happy about the speedy assistance we received, they activated our expired trail for 24 hours and we were able to remove the 3rd party domain and deactivate the store.
