Here’s a picture of what our site looks like and we would like to remove the bar that states “Use code BEMINE for 30% offyour order today! Offer good through 2/14/21.” We would like to learn how to locate it so that it can be edited but we would also like to know how to get rid of it if we choose to do so in the future.
Thanks for sharing your store URL, that really helps! I checked the source code for the bar in question and it seems to be coming from an app that has been installed on the store. The app name is Automizely: https://apps.shopify.com/automizely-messages. I am not familiar with this specific app, but I imagine there are settings within the app that allow you to edit/delete each of the bars that have been created. Please note that these bars may also be referred to or known as “banners”.
To be clear, the black bar at the top of your store (with the text for “20% off your very first purchase, use promo code: FIRSTTIME20”) seems to be the standard notification bar that is included with your store’s theme. The two additional bars that are shown below the store’s navigation menu are not coming from your theme, rather they are coming from the Automizely app.
Hopefully this helps! If you need assistance with the Automizely app I would suggest contacting their support team directly.
