I currently use Outlink to replace the Add To Cart button for my Shopify checkout but, on the Shop app, the checkout still has the Add To Cart button, in addition to the Buy Now with the link. Is there a way to remove the Add To Cart button from Shop or would I need to try changing my theme and starting fresh?
You can go to your Online store > Themes > Customize > click the dropdown menu at the top center > Products > Default product, remove Buy buttons block, Save your template, and check again.
Thank you, @Dan-From-Ryviu . Unfortunately, that does not work. The issue is not on my Shopify checkout, it is my Shop app checkout. The Add to cart button needs to be removed or hidden from the checkout when a consumer shops on the Shop sales channel.

Only the Add to cart button needs to be removed. The Buy Now button is functioning as expected.

Did you try to check in your shop app settings to check is there any option to hide add to cart button?
I have tried everything. I cannot figure out why I am able to hide/remove the Add to cart from Shopify checkout but it does not duplicate on the Shop app checkout. No luck finding any answers.
I am not sure if you had a chance to look at the Shop app checkout but, I am going to have to deactivate that sales channel again. I have already received one more order since I reactivated it and I am worried that I am going to keep having issues with customers not processing the orders correctly.
