I need to figure out how to swap the compare price and list price (see the image below) So that the compare price is in front of the actual list price. I also need to increase the size of the sales prices, so that they stand out more, so if any of you know how to do that please tell me 
We use the Ablestar bulk edit app for this sort of thing which is a great tool. If you need help on creating the specific rule, their support in-app is also very good.
