I understand you’re not able to add products to the shopping cart on desktop and mobile.
Could you advise if you’ve made any recent changes to your theme code, any newly installed apps or settings adjusted? Could you also indicate what theme you’re currently using?
On my end I was not able to replicate the issue you’ve described. I was able to add items to cart on desktop and on mobile the Add to cart button is functioning as expected.
As mentioned below you can try rolling back your theme code to an older version of your theme to help indicate when the issue started. Another option is to preview your store in a fresh Shopify theme to see if the issue carries out on an unedited theme.
