Needing to fix my store image banner on the 'Dawn' theme

Hi there,

I’m having issues with my store image banner on the ‘Dawn’ theme.

I want it to be the smaller banner option, but, everytime i upload it and select ‘small’ it cuts parts off, or zooms the images in too much. I’m wondering, is there a certain size for the smaller banner option that isn’t 1800x1000px or do i need a code to fix this?

Here are a few things you can try to fix the issue:

  1. Crop the image to the correct aspect ratio: Make sure the image you are uploading has an aspect ratio of 18:10, which is the same as 1800x1000px. You can crop the image using a photo editing tool to achieve this.

  2. Upload a larger image and select the smaller option: You can upload a larger image with a higher resolution, say 2400x1333px, and then select the ‘small’ option. This will ensure that the image fits within the available space without getting cropped or zoomed.

  3. Use custom code to adjust the banner size: in this case you need custom code, please provide store password so I can check it.
