Net Profit Report amount issue in partial pay

Hi I am creating app in the shopify store in which user can pay partial amount of product price and place that order when order id place tha paid amount is shown into orders e.g if product amount is 100$ user pay partial with $10 rest $90 he will after COD method. this is working fine but in the net profit reports only $10 is calculating for that order. I want that if there is any options after got COD amount i will update that amount with complete amount and reflect into net profit reports into Shopify
