I’m looking for help understanding what I’m doing wrong with my Netsuite/Shopify connection. To give a plain simple example, let’s say I’m selling custom bicycles.
I had originally made one SKU for each part of the bike. So let’s use tires as an example. They’re the same cost, but we have black, red, blue and orange tires. The customer can select which color they’d like when checking out. This process works in Shopify - however, for inventory management, I can’t get the data to align properly in Netsuite.
Is there somewhere I can watch videos or learn more about the inventory management process between Shopify and Netsuite? Because right now I can’t find anything and we’re starting to get more confused and a bit frustrated.
Thankfully the shopping process isn’t delayed right now - but we can’t keep our inventory right.
