We switched to Shopify from SquareSpace Aug 6th(very much beginning to regret that choice). We have never gotten a payment. We are in New Orleans and Hurricane Francine just rolled through stopping tons of revenue from our Brick & Mortar shops. We need our money from our online sales rather desperately and all we are getting is the horrible chat support. I am running around trying to get my business back up and running. I don’t have hours to sit and explain why 34 days of revenue from our site should be in our bank account and not theirs. So frustrating. Any suggestions on how to get help from the big black box is much appreciated
We have a standard bank. It is verified and is our regular operating account. All of our payments from Shopify just show pending for over a month
