Hi - We are having trouble with our password protected wholesale website. Customers trying to create new accounts get this message:

We have tried different browsers and also updated the theme per Shopify Support suggestions. This has not worked

Have you contacted the support team from Shopify? They may get back to you soon with the reason for this problem and provide a solution.
