Hi! I’m new and just opened my coffee store. Can you provide some feedback to make it better?
Hi @mwomble714
Welcome to the community.
You are new, but how do you expect us to provide any feedback if you have not shared a link?
Also, if the frontend is password-protected, share the password too. And add some text in your post, then link, not sure if the forum software will try to auto silence you if you post just a link.
Hi @mwomble714
Homepage Feedback:
- The hero section is missing a clear CTA (e.g., “Shop Now”)
- The heading “Elevate your sip” is too generic (USP is not clear)
- Products are missing reviews, badges (Best Seller), and Add to Cart buttons
- All products look similar → highlight differences (flavor, roast, origin)
- Middle content is too generic → add clear benefits
- Trust signals are missing → add reviews, shipping info, return policy
- Spacing and typography are slightly inconsistent
- Footer can include a strong CTA or promotional offer

Thank you for the link.
It looks like another coffee drop shipping store from Temecula. You do not make anything yourself, right?
Saw some time ago one other store
But as you can check, that store is gone already. It looked similar to yours now.
First, you will need a proper domain and email. If you are serious about it. Because myshopify.com subdomain is reserved for complete beginners in the testing phase, do not expect any sales. Also, it is used a lot by developers for testing and also by scammers.
You do need some story, to connect with customers, maybe something personal. Then why Blue dragonfly? Anything interesting? And you need a bit better text? Maybe most of yours is AI-generated, and you think it is good but to me it is just some keywords that might be good for SEO, but as cusotmer looks for a human touch.
Specific things, your menu does not need Home and Catalog, you have enough with Coffee and Tea. You do need an about us page. The homepage banner is basic, and the text is fine, but you need a button to lead customers to a collection.
Your product images have a label, but to me, it is missing some crucial data. The product page needs a lot more information, truct signals, shipping info, reveiws. For example “12 Pack Single Serve Coffee Capsules” to me product name is wrong and in description " we call ‘Original Roast’. This is our signature blend of premium gourmet coffees that make a rich, delicious cup." it is a bit vague, general.
Check some other good online stores that you may know, I found this for example, https://www.peets.com/ you can check content sections what you could use.
But the main advice, and I think that not many listen, is to spend some good time researching Store feedback subforum , that is where your topic should be. Check how other merchants are doing, what advice they got, and whether they are still open or the store is closed. Also search

Good luck
hey @mwomble714 you did a great job but i have some point to create a great landing page first your brand logo is not visible in your header when we open your website
as you can see but when we scroll down then it is visible
as you can see and also in your collection page the product images i not at the same size as you can see
make it at the same size to clear your collection page
that’s this is my honest review to your store hope you like it and also if it is helpful to you then don’t forget to like and also mark as solution
