The new collection page layout that splits the HTML and visual editor is a significant step backward for merchants who write code directly. For those of us who work in HTML, having the editor broken into two separate views is genuinely disruptive to our workflow — this is not a minor inconvenience.
The previous layout where the editor appeared at the top was far more functional and intuitive for technical users. Please bring that back.
That said, the new bottom settings update is a great improvement — well done on that piece!
I’d strongly encourage the team to reconsider the editor layout change, or at minimum provide an option to toggle back to the classic single-view HTML editor for those of us who prefer to code directly.
