They are using affiliate sites to land on website (to hide their ip tracer), using real credit cards with real people’s address to place fraudulent orders. They intercept and capture the delivery before the parcels are being noticed by the true card owners. They are doing this mostly in CA and FL. Is there any other Shopify store owner who has been victimized in this fashion?

While I wouldn’t be able to help you catch the fraudsters, in order to reduce the risk of chargebacks, you can always ask for customer ID + selfie, especially, for large orders that you find riskier, prior shipping the goods. Probably they haven’t stolen the ID documents and - taking a selfie helps scare away quite a few bad guys, as it is too much effort to make a good looking fake document and a persons picture with it.
