I need help with a problem in Shopify’s “New Customer Accounts”. Customers can’t add their address in their account settings because the system wrongly says their zip code is invalid. This error doesn’t happen during checkout, only when trying to update the address in the account. Need a fix to make zip code validation consistent in both checkout and account settings. Looking for advice or solutions

Interesting I duplicated the process and it went through fine on my end. Are you using any autofill by chance? Often what I do when I have errors like this is I make sure there are no spaces after the numbers. Click next to the zip erase until you end up erasing the 1 on the end and then retype the 1. This should solve any autofill data issue and any empty spaces at the end of your zip. You can also try clearing your cache. This may not be the issue but it is all I can think of at the moment as I can’t duplicate the error.
yes, I used autofill but I also did it by putting the address manually and the same thing happened with a US address.
