I am using Prestige Theme and I have followed the steps to update the default gift card image. But a blue square question mark comes up instead when I test it on email as well as the gift card default web page.
Also my standard logo is not appearing on the gift card web page.
Any advice appreciated!
These are the steps I followed:
Online Store > Edit code > add a new asset (eg. “giftcard_image.jpg”)
Settings > Notifications - find the notification labelled “Gift card created”.
To change the image in the email, find the following code:
And simply replace it with the new code, replacing YOURFILENAME with the name of the file you uploaded into your theme asset:
