Hi, I’m currently using the Forge theme, there’s a feature in the theme to show “New in” badge when a new product has been uploaded, it’s always been working with the old products. However I’ve uploaded 2 new products today and the “New In” badge does not appear on either of the product, could anyone help please?

I think you may have to add product tag to show new badge. If it is still not working please reach me with your store URL and password if any. I have to look for this in more depth.

The “New In” badge on Forge isn’t automatic for new uploads. Here are your options:

Use Tags: Add a “New In” tag to your new products in the admin panel.

Edit Theme Code (Developers): Modify the product template file to check creation date and display a badge for recent products.
