New & Not sure if I need Go daddy to host if I have Shopify

So I am new at this. I opened a domain on Godaddy but didn’t think I signed up to have them host. Godaddy added a subscription to my account, website+marketing to renew. Now when I opened Shopify, I thought signed up for hosting but not sure. How can I check? I know you don’t need both to host but want to be sure Shopify will host and not Godaddy.

Thanks so much for guiding me.

I found the domains and have #1 godaddy on one line for online store.

#2 Shopify redirect for online store. and another #3 godaddy that is a redirect. I have the basic package with shopify. How can I fix this? I don’t know how to disconnect godaddy without messing with the url subscription.

  1. Shopify Settings - a redirect is “Managed by Shopify”.

  2. Please see screenshot, not sure what to delete and edit.

  3. No redirects on godaddy, deleted redirect om Shopify.

  4. I want godaddy to provide URL and Shopify to host not sure how it’s supposed to be configured.
