I’ve just purchased a business. I’ve been creating new products on the website. The product price overnight changes to $4.99 for those products. It only seems to happen for the new products I create. This is the 2nd time its happened. I created another product 1 week back and it did the same thing. Not sure whats happening. Any clues would be great.
Could this be an app that is causing this?
This could be a public app, which you can find under “Apps” in your Shopify sidebar:
If this is the case, I would suggest reviewing the app’s settings and considering to delete it.
Or a private app (an app specifically developed for this store, perhaps before you purchased it), which you could find in your Shopify settings:
If this is the case, you can disable the app if you’re sure you don’t otherwise need it. Or contact the seller of the business or developer of the app.
