New products not showing up in collection page on web

Hi,

recently I added a few new products to my store and some of these are not showing up in my webshop under their respective collection. If I search on the website, I can see thee products, If I browse through the collection in shopify Itself, I can see the products but for some kind of reason they are not showing up in my store. I compared two products in shopify (one showing, the other one not) and I cannot see any differences but maybe I miss something

Follow these steps and let me know if it works.

  1. Go to your Shopify admin page.
  2. Click on Products
  3. Open the product which is not appearing in the collection.
  4. In the right corner you will see “Product Status” tab.
  5. Make sure your product status is set to Active
  6. Click on Manage
  7. Make sure “Online Store” is checked.

You got me thinking, which is good. Apparently the issue was with one of my apps (Smart Product Filter & Search) which needed to sync again and after the sync, the products reappeared

how did you get that app to sync? i’m having the same issue so many of my products aren’t showing up.

Yes, just hit the sync button in the Smart filter app

How do i find that ?
