Anyone else use to get one payout from Shopify on business days and now getting multiple payouts a day? On October 6th, out of nowhere we started getting multiple payouts and now are even being paid out on the weekend. It is making is extremely difficult to balance on our eternal system as the payouts seem to be random? We use to get paid out 2 days after the transaction but now I am seeing instances where its hitting payout 3 or even 4 days after transaction. I dont understand whats happening and NO ONE in customer service is able to explain why things changed. They claim its not impacting anything but I just got a hit for a refund and the initial order never hit our payout!
Anyone else experiencing this pain point and have any sort of answers from Shopify?
