I just opened a store. I get notifications for identity verification. I upload the document on the required section but every time I get an error that the document could not be verified.
Worse, when I look into Shopify help, the chatbot on the help directs me to connect to a support advisor but the link provided on the Shopify help is a dead end.
Is there anyone else facing a similar issue?
Shopify stopped support through emails and even the Shopify Help is a waste of time.
