Hey! I am a spiritual identity and deconstruction coach. I have had a bunch of web designs over the years but I was wondering if you could help me with my new Shopify Store. Easy or hard to navigate? Does it make sense? What would help with conversions in your opinion?
I am open to any feedback. Thanks in advance for taking a look.
There are so many topics about this. You can use the search button…
You have no contact page, no one knows who you are.
There is no trust signals at all
Your font is horrible. You want something easy for people to read.
There are many more problems, but the first 2 reasons are almost on every single topic that ask for feedback.
Hey @TheAMWCoach you did a great job but you can do make more attractive store i think it is your first time to design or develop a store so feel free if you have any question about it
You asked what would help with conversions, If a business has no trust, what makes you think many people would just hand money to random websites? Your charging $499 USD for (4) 1 hour coaching. Its a service not a product. Trust signals should be at the most important thing for you.
There are so many topics on here on a weekly basis for the same thing. it amazes me that people cant take the time to read up on a few of them and be like “oh hey, this person makes a good point. let me check if i have the same issue.”
”lol! Wow. That was eventful. Ok. ” - i’m gonna assume that was sarcastic. What did you expect? You don’t want to do your own homework, you wanted someone to tell you what needs to be done.
I had a look at your store shop.allmadewell.com, and overall it has a calm, thoughtful vibe that fits well with the spiritual and coaching niche.
From a user experience and conversion perspective,
The message is meaningful but could be clearer for first-time visitors.
Someone landing on the homepage for the first time may not immediately understand what they’ll get from the store courses, coaching, resources, etc. A short line near the top that clearly explains the main benefit could help guide new visitors.
Navigation feels simple, which is good but you might consider grouping products or offerings into clearer categories for example: courses, coaching sessions, resources.
Product pages could focus more on outcomes. Since this is a transformation-based offering rather than a physical product, emphasizing results, testimonials, or who the program is for can help people feel more confident about purchasing.
Add trust and reassurance elements, Things like testimonials, client experiences, or a short “what people say after working with me” section can really increase conversions for coaching businesses.
Overall, the site already feels very aligned with your niche and personality, which is great. With a bit more clarity around the value of each offer and some additional trust signals, it could convert even better.
The address listed is a fake virtual address. Your YouTube channel is almost nonexistent. No content in the last year, less than 20 likes. You have 1 Google review. Not sure I trust anything that is shown on the site. Nothing suggests this is legit.
Do people really give you 500 bucks for these virtual “sessions”?
I’d suggest some real-world validation. Photos. Galleries. Real reviews on Google. Real videos and interviews. Radio interviews. Podcast appearances.
I can take sharp criticism but that was funny. Even my kids laughed at the harshness. I am making adjustments based on your salty feedback, but Shopify has a link for new shop owners that literally says “post your link and get feedback”. So no, this isn’t a matter of not being willing to scroll through hundreds of old posts. I did what was suggested when I found this forum for the first time TODAY. If questions bother you, I’m thinking a feedback request forum is probably not an ideal place to hang out. But thanks for taking the time to attempt to help. That was sincere.
Thank you. I appreciate the suggestions. I had been thinking about some of that myself. Like sorting the products better. I’m still figuring out the platform.
And I forgot about the social proof and appearances. I will start adding those. Thanks again.
Its great that you had a good laugh cause i did too. Your thinking “If questions bother you, I’m thinking a feedback request forum is probably not an ideal place to hang out.” is not correct. Matter of fact, I like reading every area of this forum. Why? Myself I learned alot of things that improved my own business on here just by reading other posts. If you were serious about your business and wanted feedback. you wouldve first taken your time and read some of the other feedbacks and make adjustments already. There are so many good feedbacks and people have taken their time to write about each one in detail. read 100 old posts? no, if you even read 5 of the latest one, you already have plenty to do for your own website.
