New store - Shopify payments on hold

Hey! I need help with my Shopify payments that has been on hold in 2 weeks now. How do I fix it?

Were you able to click the link I sent above? Once you click that, you should be able to log in, select a topic twice and then scroll down for options to contact us such as requesting a callback, live chat, or email.
