I have a confusing problem on my hand that I can’t seem to work out. I have added a handful of new products to my store. I am using the supply them, and have previously set up the sidebar to be filtered by groups without issue.
When I go to /collections/all this is what the sidebar looks like:
I’m not sure if I am forgetting to change something somewhere, or if there is something that I hardcoded into the them, but any help would be appreciated.
Hi @dancsor ,
Actually Collections load 50 products per page and may be showing first 50 products tag in ‘All’
can you please share site url so I can review in detail?
Thanks
What parameters have you set for your All collection? Is it maybe looking for a tag you’ve not included in the Cider?? Or is it set to include all items with stock gtreater than 0??
It seems to have sorted itself out. I’m not going to lie, I did nothing else since posting, but the new tags are now appearing in the sidebar. Could it just be a case of waiting for them to update? Not too sure.
Shopify has a strong caching system, so that can definitely be the answer. Always test incognito to see if that’s the case (ctrl + shift + n)
Another thing to keep in mind, Shopify will only loop up until 1,000 tags in any given collection, aside from the collections/all. So if you aren’t seeing tags that do exist, and it isn’t a caching problem, it may be a maxxed-out issue
