Newbie - Needs help finding App solution or whatever to achieve wanted outcome

I own a brick and retail Luggage and travel store... 

I want the Online presence to obviously be a revenue stream but to also allow people to learn about our store and what items we have in the store.
The most important thing to me is to allow customers to know what options are available to get an item:
In-stock available in the store for same-day pick-up, 
Available in stock for Local Shipping - Delivery
Special Order Available to order and be shipped to store
Special Order Available to order and be shipped to home
Not Available, out of stock.

How do I do this, I guessing there is an app for this… but I can’t find it… Can anyone help? Thank you in advance for the assistance.
