I have seen several answers to displaying a variant metafield on the product page that involve coding. Most of these responses, however, are rather old compared to the version we are on for Dawn. So, I’m hoping there is an updated way that doesn’t involve tinkering with liquid or Javascript. I want to add a one line desription to the product page based on what variant t-shirt is selected. Shall I surrender and alter the code or can this be done a newer way? Thanks
Adding variants have been much easier now with no to little code with category metafields from Shopify.
But for your requirement of displaying dynamic content in relation to the variant selected you might probably need to include a bit of code.
