We’re about to launch our new landing page, but I’ve run into a few issues with the newsletter function and contact page.

Newsletter Issues:
- On the desktop version, there’s no confirmation shown when customers submit their email address. This works fine on mobile, but not on desktop. As shown here:

When a customer adds their email in the newsletter field, Shopify doesn’t capture the email under the “customer” segment.

Customers aren’t receiving a confirmation email after subscribing.
Contact Page Issues:
We’re also having similar problems with our contact form:
- Shopify isn’t capturing customer information when a support ticket is submitted.
- No confirmation email is sent to the customer after submitting a support ticket.
We’re using Klaviyo for this setup, which I understand should handle these tasks, but I’m not entirely sure how to get everything working correctly. If anyone can assist with setting this up or explain how it works for future reference, I’d really appreciate it!
