I do not get why Shopify has made it extremely difficult to get ahold of their staff or employees to get help! Anyways I am trying to login back into an old account that has not been active over three months to get information about my domain name that I had register with this store when I signed up to use the free trial on Shopify! Can anyone know how to help me get login to the account? I do not have access to the email that I used in this store and it ask me for the verification code to login but I do not have the email access! I need to do this ASAP and can’t get login!
thanks so much for your help if someone who know how to go around this let me know and I will give you my email that was in that account or whatever you need to get.

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty with getting access to your online store! I can certainly understand the importance of getting access to your online store as soon as possible. Since we cannot authenticate you for the store in question over our Community Forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared. It would be best and more secure to select Continue without logging in on our Contact Us page.
Once that is selected, you will be directed to our Help Center - type in what you would like to get assistance with in the search bar and search for related articles. You should then see the option to Get Support that is located below the search results. This will allow you to reach directly out to a Support Advisor about getting access to your store once again.
