Dear Shopify Team,
I have lost my cell phone with the Google authentication app.
I also have not created a recovery code either.
I also can not remember that I activate the 2FA login.
It is not my Password that the issue no, but the System is asking me to Enter either the 6 Digit of the Google authentication appor the 12 Digit of the Recovery code.
I do nat have both.
I am also not able to create a Support Ticket as I cannot logon to my Account.
AS I said I have many Shops in Total 12 Shops.
