My shopify theme won’t load anymore when I go to customize it.
I bought a new theme 1 week ago at Themeforest.com, where I bought Theme Ella-6.4.2-theme. I uploaded it to my shopify store and everything worked fine. Out of the blue I couldn’t get into my Ella theme anymore, when I tried custom fixings it said (my shop) couldn’t connect. The problem is when I download it again it works just fine, but when I set it to publish it gets an error. I have done nothing wrong or done anything in the direction of violating the community. So pls soemone help me with this problem
