DHL Global Forwarding doesn’t show in the dropdown when adding tracking number. Neither DHL Express nor DHL eCommerce have the correct URL.
The correct URL should be https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/tracking/tracking-global-forwarding.html?submit=1&tracking-id=[YOUR_TRACKING]
The only workaround is to use “Other” option. Requesting to add DHL Global Forwarding in the list of carriers.

Yeah Shopify’s carrier list is still missing DHL Global Forwarding, so it defaults to “Other”. You can paste the correct tracking URL manually when fulfilling an order, but there’s no native way to add it permanently yourself.
You can request Shopify Support to add DHL Global Forwarding to their recognized carriers list, but it usually takes a while.
In the meantime, if you want to automate it, you can use a tracking app like ParcelPanel Order Tracking, it already supports 1400+ carriers, including DHL Global Forwarding, and auto-detects the right tracking link. Plus, it gives customers a branded “Track My Order” page, so they’re not redirected to the wrong site.
