Does Shopify not offer built-in drag-and-drop and adding/removing sections for page editing beyond the “Home” page? Jeez, I was draggin’ and droppin’ to my heart’s content with a particular square-shaped competitor back in like 2016. And when I search these forums, I see years of posts begging for this type of functionality on pages beyond the “Home” page. Am I correct that one must edit the theme’s code (or perhaps purchase a theme with editing options for pages) in order to do basic adding/removal of sections and drag-and-drop type page editing?
Yes, it’s pretty crazy at this stage in web development to still have to write custom code for almost every little thing instead of drag and drop like the industry standard for so many applications such as Divi, Wordpress, Elementor, and others. I never understand how these large corporations with millions in revenue don’t care for their customers.
