No Browser App Error - Mobile App

When I’m in the back end of my store, on my mobile, if I click on the customer tracking number, I’m getting an error saying ‘No Browser App Found’…

This only seems to be a recent issue.

Same thing happens if I try open any of the 3rd party apps on my store too

I’ve been having the same issue for at least a month now.

I’ve been using shopify for 3+ years and never had this issue until recently and can’t figure out how to fix it.

Same.. If I download an alternative browser on the phone, it’ll work, but it won’t work with my default browser… And I don’t want a 2nd browser on my phone.

I’m having the same issue, can’t get an answer.

BTW as of this afternoon, December 20, the problem disappeared… Everything working normally again!
