Since the past 2 days, I have been noticing that Shopify is not capturing the contact information (other than the email id) of customers who are abandoning the checkout. I tested it by abandoning a cart myself till the payment page. The abandoned checkout is being created but there is no customer information available (like the contact no., address etc) which helps me in recovering the abandoned cart. Any idea as to why this is happening all of a sudden and how this can be resolved? Any help on the same would be highly appreciated. TIA
