It is incredible that such a huge platform like Shopify would not have a proper customer service.
I just went through the chat speaking to the dumbest robot customer service repeating the same thing over and over and giving me prompts what to do when I can only resolve this issue with a real person. Which is to revert a request I made yesterday to transfer the yearly membership from one store to the other. Spent almost 30 minutes repeating myself and nothing. This is atrocious. And disappointing. I selected yearly then changed to monthly subscription and shopify charged me yearly. And said it cannot issue a refund. So they make the mistake and I am the one to pay.
