I have posted hundreds of blog posts on Shopify basically using the same techniques gleaned from Wordpress SEO plugins but it doesn’t appear to move the needle one bit - I don’t see much traffic to the pages, unlike my Wordpress activities which do quite well. And yes, I use the same sort of linking techniques (internal and external), keyword placement, image optimization, and never use AI image or text slop in my posts.
Is there some sort of plugin or technical optimization that is required to get Shopify blogs to perform with search? Is because Shopify is a “store” is it deranked by Google? Thank you.
