I placed an order last June and the tracking still has it in transit. Obviously it has been lost, but when I reach out to the company I haven’t gotten a response. I’ve sent MULTIPLE emails and nothing!!! I think Lumivia is a SCAM!!!

A customer placed an order in June that remains stuck in transit according to tracking information. Despite sending multiple emails to the company (Lumivia), they have received no response.

Seeking: Advice on how to proceed with the undelivered order and unresponsive merchant.
