I want to export my bills to pdf but the only option I have is export to csv. any idea ?
Hello @Trevor_V try heading to the billing section of the Shopify admin and select the bill you want to download . You’ll find an export bill option where you should have the option of either PDF or CSV, then you can make your choice. Let me know if this works for you!
hello, yes I tried this but it only comes up with CSV format. The PDF format doesn’t show up as an option.
After having tchat with a shopify agent, he confirm not being able to provide PDF invoices for online orders at the moment…
