We have a customer with some order related webhooks setup in various stores. In most stores, we get the “payment-details” section of the order, but for one store we do not. We clearly see payment being made for the orders in question, just no “payment-details” in the order XML the webhook sends us. What would cause one store to stop sending the “payment-details” section while all other stores for this same customer do? Is there some setting in the store the customer could have accidentally clicked to cause this?
In all stores, we use a private app, and setup webhooks directly in the store, under “Notifications”. It was working until 1/9/2023.
